Playapal.com is a community-based games website for users who love to play real-time, free online games and wish to compete against, and chat with, like-minded individuals.

1. Users are responsible for the security and use of any user names or passwords needed to access or use the Playapal website. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that these user names and passwords are kept confidential and secure and you do not allow any unauthorised person to access Playapal.com using your user name or password.
2. We advise that do not reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else on Playapal.com (for example: your telephone number, postal address, home address, IM screen names or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified).
3. If you are under 16, get a parent’s or guardian’s permission before using Playapal.com
4. Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity on Playapal.com.
5. Do not create inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names.
6. Do not make unlawful (including the advocation or discussion of illegal activities), harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable comments to other users on Playapal.com.
7. While Playapal.com try to keep an eye on community activity, we rely on users to report abusive, offensive or otherwise inappropriate comments made by other users, by reporting them here: admin@playapal.com. To assist us, please take a screenshot of the offending material and attach it to your email.
8. Playapal.com reserves the right to close your account if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts.
9. Playapal.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, for any reason. Failure to observe the rules may lead to your profile being deleted and your membership terminated without warning. Despite this, Playapal.com is not responsible for user chat and/or communications between users on the site. Users are responsible for their own actions.
10. Playapal.com also reserve the right to comply with any order or otherwise cooperate with law officials regarding the identification of any user alleged to be using the Playapal.com website and/or its service in violation of the law.
